Terms of use
These terms describe the relationship between us and clients using Day Gallery services.
1.Who we are
Day Gallery provides digital services for hospitality venues and event hosts — digital menus, review collection, photo galleries, digital invitations and seating plans. We are based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
2.What the service covers
The scope is agreed separately with each client and confirmed in a quote. It includes setup, initial content entry and access to the administration panel. The client manages the content from then on.
3.Client obligations
The client is responsible for the accuracy of published content — prices, ingredients, allergens, opening hours and any other information visible to guests. The client must keep panel credentials safe and not share them outside their own staff.
4.Availability
We aim for uninterrupted availability but cannot guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Outages caused by hosting, an internet provider or unavailable third-party services are outside our control.
5.Data and content
Content the client enters — menus, photos, texts, guest lists — remains the client's property. On request we export or delete it. The software and the system remain ours.
6.Ending the arrangement
Either side may end the arrangement at any time. After it ends we keep the content for a reasonable period so the client can retrieve it, and then delete it.
7.Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced to clients in advance, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
