This page explains which data we collect through this website and what we do with it.
1.Data from the contact form
When you send an enquiry we collect your name and phone number, and — if you enter them — your venue name, email address and message. We also record which page and which language the enquiry came from, so we know what people are interested in.
2.Why we use it
Solely to contact you about your enquiry and prepare a quote. We send no newsletter, use no data for advertising and pass nothing to third parties for marketing.
3.How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while they are commercially relevant, and at most two years from the last contact. After that they are deleted. You can ask for deletion earlier.
4.Protection against abuse
To prevent automated spam the form uses a per-IP submission limit, a hidden field for detecting bots and a Cloudflare Turnstile check. Turnstile processes your IP address and basic browser information for this purpose.
5.Cookies and analytics
This marketing site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. A cookie is set only when signing in to the administration panel, and it serves solely to keep you signed in.
6.Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. A phone call or a message through the contact form is enough.
7.Data of our clients' guests
Content guests enter into a client's menu, gallery or invitation belongs to that client and is their responsibility. We process it only as a technical service provider, on the client's instructions.
