A small team from Sarajevo building tools for hospitality.
Day Gallery started from something simple: venues here pay foreign platforms in English, for features they do not need, with support that answers in three days. We do the opposite.
How we work
We do not sell before we understand how you work. The first conversation is always the same — what eats most of your time and where guests get confused most often. Out of that comes a list of two or three things worth digitising, and usually a few that are not.
We enter the menu. Send it however you have it — a phone photo, a PDF, an old Word file or a paper copy — and we put it together with categories, prices and photos. After that you change it yourself, whenever and as often as you like.

Why local
When something goes wrong you call a number and a person who knows your setup picks up. No tickets, no forms, no waiting for a reply from another time zone. That is the one advantage a foreign platform cannot copy.
The system is also written for conditions here — prices in KM or EUR, Bosnian as the base language, translations for the guests who arrive in summer, and everything working on an older phone as well as on a new one.
Three rules we stick to
Guests install nothing
Every service of ours opens in a browser. An app a guest has to download is an app a guest will not download.
Your name, not ours
The menu, the gallery and the invitation carry your logo and your colours. Guests never see our name.
We say when it is not worth it
If something here will do nothing for you, we will tell you before you pay, not after.
Who we work with
Cafés, restaurants, grill houses and pizzerias — and occasionally somebody outside hospitality, like a clinic that needed reviews.
- Gastro pub Vučko Malta
- Restoran Dženita
- Gradska kavana Arsenal
- Bistro Boss
- Ćevabdžinica Zmaj
- Proper Pizza

Let's work out what you actually need.
Give us a call — ten minutes is usually enough to know what pays off for you and what doesn't.
No obligation. If it won't pay off for you, we'll say so.
